Stormwater Seasonal Technician
OPEN
Enrollment in a technical or environmentally focused undergraduate program with a minimum of one year of study completed
Positions available for qualified candidates at all Verux locations
Timeline: September through mid May, winter season commitment is required
Part Time: Flexible hours within window of Monday - Friday 7AM to 4:30PM, 8hrs/week minimum but possibly more (weather dependent)
Field Work: Environmental permit inspections and sampling on construction sites throughout Northern California

Stormwater Field Technician

Completion of undergraduate degree preferred, two year degree and other complimentary work experience will be considered
Ample opportunity for training and advancement at our growing and dynamic environmental consulting firm
Positions available for qualified candidates at all Verux locations
Monday - Friday at various hours with occasional overtime (full-time; 40 hours/week)
Office and field work; After probation/training period a hybrid remote
Hybrid home/office work option will be made available to this position
Field Work: Storm Water inspections and sampling on construction sites throughout Northern California in compliance with environmental permits
Office Work: Report preparation, technical writing, storm water plan design and client correspondence
Verux will train and assist technicians to earn a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) certification
Senior Stormwater Field Technician
OPEN
Minimum of three years experience in storm water space, QSP or QSD certificate preferred
Completion of undergraduate degree preferred, two year degree and other complementary work experience will be considered
Positions available for qualified candidates at all Verux locations
Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM (full-time; 40 hours/week)
Office and field work; After probation/training period a hybrid remote work option will be made available to this position
Field Work: Storm Water inspections and sampling on construction sites throughout Northern California in compliance with environmental permits
Office Work: Report preparation, technical writing, storm water plan design and client correspondence
Supervisory Level Work: Training and mentoring as well as management of junior staff in all aspects of the storm water space. Significant client interface and management
